About the John Fawcett Foundation
Our incredible friends and charity partners at the John Fawcett Foundation (JFF) are a humanitarian not-for-profit organisation. They assists people in need on many Indonesian islands including Bali and Java, particularly in the field of sight restoration and blindness prevention.
The JFF offers its assistance to people in the lower socio-economic group and without religious, political, or ethnic consideration.
Their humanitarian projects are based in Bali, Indonesia, and include Sight Restoration and Blindness Prevention, Children�s Corrective Surgery for Burns and Cleft Palate, Prosthetic Eyes and Technology Transfer. The programs target people who are economically disadvantaged, and all services are provided free of charge.
Starting in 1991, and as of 2019, the JFF have provided 1.2M Eye Health Screenings, 600K Doses of Medicine, 540K Pairs of Prescription Glasses, and over 60 thousand Sight Restoring Cataract Surgeries.
They also offer the unique opportunity to visit Bali and Java, to experience the clinics, surgeries, and screenings first hand, and witness the restoration of sight to the recipient of your generous donation.
